Products

We take care to display products accurately. Packaging or minor details may vary over time. Product use is at your discretion. If you have sensitivities, patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & payments

• All prices are shown in GBP (£).
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive confirmation.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or in case of suspected fraud.

Shipping

We provide free standard UK delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Regalismen is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or liability that cannot be excluded under law.
