Shipping

All Regalismen orders include free standard UK delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
